“Communicating” what we’re doing, has been difficult:

  • We serve as “connectors” and “support services”; we help leaders lead their small ministries better … but we don’t take credit for their successes.  We simply serve and encourage.
  • Most of our work to identify, connect and support, is very boring, technical, and taking small steady steps in building relationships.  It’s exciting to see the results later, but watching the slow process to get there, is “like watching paint dry”.
  • The reality of Christian leaders and churches actually working-together, as the body of Christ should, has been taught for centuries … but these trusting-relationships are still hard to develop and maintain.
  • As a tiny team, we have very little time and resources.

Toward better, more focused and more often updates, we offer you two local options, and one national. You can subscribe to either or both of our local lists if you choose, and you can join NNYM to receive their national news and resources.  If you provide your mailing address, we can occasionally mail you additional resources, relative to your expressed areas of interest.

The Youthworkers Support Network list is for those who are interested in helping us grow our volunteer teams, staff and organization, so we can make more connections and provide more support services.

Opportunities for volunteer and financial support will be shared, occasionally.

If you haven’t already done so, please skim the info under the About pages for our Beliefs, Mission & Purpose, Board & Committees, Staff & Volunteers, or Finances.  Of course, Contact us if you have more questions.

TheNet‘s list is for those who are interested in what’s happening in our core areas, and the different counties, from a “networking perspective”.  As we are able to add County Coordinators and volunteers, we will be able to spotlight more local networks, partnerships, and the needs and progress in their communities and school districts.

We will not make any financial appeals for our ministry, through this list.  However, when reading of other ministries who are serving children & youth, you may hear about their opportunities and needs.

NNYM‘s list is of the NNYM members, who are in the Greater Houston Area.  If you are already a NNYM member, then we’ll include you in TheNet’s list.

If you would like to become a NNYM member, please click the button below to register on their website.  In addition to our local information, you will also receive national resources and perspectives on current youth ministry.

Click our button below to explore the NNYM website, then look for the big [Sign up for Free] button in their top-menu, or the “Register” link in their footer.

RELAX!  We do not have time to flood your inbox or mailbox with frequent updates, and we’re not aggressive fundraisers (obviously).

Thanks for your interest!
