Mission & Purpose

Our Mission
To help connect the body of Christ in our area, so that together we can “… train Christians (specifically youth and children’s workers) in skilled servant work, working within Christ’s body, the church, until we’re all moving rhythmically and easily with each other, efficient and graceful in response to God’s Son.” (Ephesians 4: 11-12, the Message) Our focus is on the Networks of children and youth workers, connecting local churches and Schools and helping develop better Leaders.
Our three Purposes*
  • To help identify, connect and strengthen youth workers to reach the youth in their communities for Jesus Christ;
  • To encourage Christ-honoring mentoring and discipleship programs;
  • To encourage the networking of youth workers to help to develop youth ministry leaders and to provide some of the technical skills needed to assist in community connections and spiritual transformation.
